- Effectively communicate the purpose, function, and governance of the tribal court.
- Effectively communicate an understanding of the current extent of tribal jurisdiction in Alaska.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of the role of tribal courts and tribal councils in adoptions, child custody and child protection.
- Effectively communicate an understanding of Federal Indian Law, specifically it’s impact on tribal justice systems.
- Effectively communicate the current picture of tribal jurisdiction in Alaska concerning community and domestic violence.
- Effectively communicate examples of non-adversarial judicial theories in modern Alaska Tribal Courts.
