Learning Outcomes

Learning Outcomes are measurable statements that describe knowledge or skills achieved by students upon completion of the program.

Students graduating from this program will be able to:

  • Develop a basic understanding of the fundamental concepts of entrepreneurship, business planning, and functional activities of conceiving, opening, and managing a small business and then applying these to develop a viable business plan
  • Develop intellectual and practical skills across the curriculum, including inquiry and analysis, critical and creative thinking, problem-solving, written and oral communication, information literacy, technological competence, and collaborative learning
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively lead, manage, and motivate individuals and teams within organizations. They will exhibit proficiency in personnel management, problem-solving, decision-making, and adaptability to address contemporary management challenges, fostering a culture of innovation, diversity, and ethical leadership
