O.E.C., Welding, Entry-level
Occupational Endorsement
Advances in welding technology, along with the advent of new materials and manufacturing processes, require that welders have a better knowledge of the science associated with welding in addition to manipulative skills. The entry-level welding occupational endorsement provides a cornerstone for skills and knowledge essential to being successful in the welding industry. As an American Welding Society School Excelling through National Skill Standards Education (AWS SENSE) training organization, our program offers students the opportunity to earn four separate welding process certificates as well as an AWS SENSE Entry-Level I certificate. Applicants must be 16 years old to be admitted.
